Organizational Structure

Dear JCI Bangladesh Family and Well-wishers, It is an absolute honor and privilege for me to lead JCI Bangladesh for the year 2022. With over 200,000 JCI Network Leaders, 11-million-member legacy and 100 plus National Organizations, we at JCI strive every second to make this world a better place for us. JCI Bangladesh is one of the leading youth organization in Bangladesh that is constantly providing development opportunities empowering young people to create positive changes throughout the country. Despite of the pandemic, 2021 has been a remarkable year for JCI Bangladesh and I am extremely thankful to every single stakeholder. I believe 2022 will surpass the achievements of 2021. This year, we are focusing on inclusivity and expansion. In 2022, the impact of JCI Bangladesh will reach beyond the major cities of Bangladesh. We will create positive changes across Bangladesh by ensuring that we have quality members from all corners of Bangladesh. I am extremely confident that the very capable National Governing Board and the dynamic Local Presidents will take JCI Bangladesh to newer heights in 2022. We will continue our signature events and initiatives along with incorporating unique and new ideas as we move forward. Let us all be united and continue making positive changes.

Dear JCI Bangladesh Members and Patrons, I am filled with pride and joy to serve the JCI community as the National Secretary General of JCI Bangladesh for the year of 2022. I sincerely believe that this year will be filled with many achievements and have a tremendous positive impact for JCI Bangladesh. The team this year is very dynamic and filled with enthusiasm which will undoubtedly bring about massive change in the society. 2022 is still seeing a continuation of the pandemic that has hit us in 2020. I am glad to see that all the local chapters and their members are working to create sustainable solutions to mitigate the harms caused by this pandemic. We are all working towards a more inclusive society, and that is how JCI is different from other non-profit organizations; we take initiatives to solve local and global challenges. With more than a one-time donation or service opportunity, we focus on sustainable impacts locally and globally. It only takes one active citizen to change the world and today we are becoming that active citizen. As internationally thinking young individuals, we all have rights and responsibilities. We aim to find and we achieve our targeted solutions to local issues which benefit our communities, our world and our future. Embracing new ideas, collaboration and diversity, we have the passion and courage to address the critical challenges of our time. Despite of the pandemic, JCI Bangladesh has taken many initiatives to keep their members engaged and make meaningful contributions towards the society. This year JCI Bangladesh will organize many more new events along with the signature events that has been running over the years. I truly believe that we all will play a crucial role in making all of these events successful. My best wishes to all the members.
